The short version: Use MailCraft to write your own professional emails. Don't use it for spam, fraud, or illegal stuff. We may update the service or prices occasionally. You can cancel anytime.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MailCraft AI ("the service", "MailCraft"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use MailCraft

You must be at least 16 years old to use MailCraft. By using the service you confirm that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you notice unauthorized activity, contact us right away.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MailCraft to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or chain letters.
Commit fraud, phishing, or impersonate someone you are not.
Harass, threaten, or harm other people.
Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

5. Subscription and payment

MailCraft offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed monthly or annual fee.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Prices may change; we will notify you at least 14 days before any price increase that affects you.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first purchase, email us and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel future renewals anytime.

7. Ownership of generated content

You own the emails you generate using MailCraft. You can use them for any lawful purpose. We make no claim to the content you create.

That said, because AI generates content, we cannot guarantee that generated text is completely unique or free of similarity to other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before using it.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee the service will always be available. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

MailCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated emails will produce replies, win clients, or achieve any specific business outcome. The quality of outputs depends on many factors including your inputs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using MailCraft at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate your access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
